Mondays' council meeting covered upcoming city events this summer, the renaming of Oxford/Merchants Park to Oxford Park, and an update to city fees.
The item to consider a legal settlement overturning a recent Zoning Board of Appeals was postponed.
Adriane and Eric Bitel were recognized for their volunteerism and dedication to the Friends of Berkley, a proclamation was approved proclaiming June 19th to be Juneteenth Celebration Day, and the week of June 21-27 to be Lightning Safety Day.

Parks & Rec and the Library have reopened in a limited capacity. It is expected all city buildings will fully reopen in July. In person Council meetings and other city meetings are also expected to resume in person in July.
