There are two demonstrations coming up this week in Berkley. I encourage all who feel passionately about issues facing people of color or who want to learn more and feel they can attend safely to do so.
The first is the "Because We #Matter Berkley March," Friday at 5pm at the High School.
The second is "Survivors Speak & The Berkley Community: Stand against Violence to Black Lives" Sunday from 4:30 to 6pm, again at the High School.
Finally, one of the most important things you can do is register to vote. It is only by electing leaders who will support change that we will get change.
