Have you heard that 29% of our sewer system is too small and replacing those pipes will stop basement flooding? Well, that's not the entire story.

Monday's Council included partially approving a tax abatement for apartments at the former La Salette school, approval of the Holiday Parade and City-wide Santa Drive By, changes to boards and commissions, and numerous updates on happenings around the city.

Business has been growing at a fast pace in Berkley, with lots of redevelopment and activities throughout the city!

Covid vaccination updates as of September 17, 2021, including school district data. The most promising increases are in school age children. See below for more data and details.

Monday's council meeting included authorization for a new city website and branding, upcoming Berkley businesses and events, and a handful of financial items.
